Your feathered friends will be dreaming of a White Christmas when they see this cozy little White Christmas Wren Cottage. This darling birdhouse is painted with a crisp white outdoor paint, decorated with little white shutters on either side of its opening, and topped with western red cedar shingles. It features a holiday wreath with a red bow around the entry hole which is removable, creating a home for all seasons. Ventilation slots along two sides of the house keep the interior temperature regulated, and the bottom panel slides open for cleaning. The home comes equipped with a sturdy metal chain.

Please Note: This bird house is designed for outdoor use and is as functional as it is decorative. With time, this product will need to be refinished when left outdoors. The shingle (cedar) will patina to a silvery color and the piece will become weathered and distressed, but continue to maintain its functionality. Should you wish to preserve the finish, you should use a polyurethane product that is recommended for marine use (UV Rated) that will not turn white paint yellow. Polyurethane should only be used on the exterior of the bird house - the interior should be left unfinished.
